Evenings at Blended
As afternoon turns to evening the lighting softens, the music shifts and the bar takes centre stage. It is a relaxed, characterful room for a glass of something good, whether you are catching up with friends, easing into the weekend or settling in for a longer night.
I keep it simple and do it properly: a thoughtful wine list, cocktails mixed to order, small plates to share, and a rotating wall of work by local artists. No velvet rope, no fuss, just Southborough's living room after dark.

Classics made properly and a short seasonal list, mixed to order. No fuss, just a good drink in a warm room.

The walls are a rotating gallery of local artists, so there is always something new to look at and talk about.

The wine bar runs Thursday to Saturday from 5pm. I am open every day from the morning for coffee too, so you can find me at either end of the day.

Do I need to book a table?
Walk-ins are always welcome. For evenings and for any group, I would book ahead so I can hold the right table for you. You can request a table online or give me a call.
